Barbara Miller Award Presentation

On October 17, 2018, Melzingah Chapter NSDAR members traveled to Mystic, CT to honor fellow chapter member Barbara Miller, retired Commander in the U.S. Navy in recognition for her service and sacrifice during the Vietnam War.  Miller was the first woman to be entered into the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame.
